I'm happy to share that my personal comic essay series, "Academic Leave Letter from Science High School" (과학고 휴학편지), is now published in the Best Challenge (베스트도전) section on Naver Webtoon; Korea's largest webtoon platform.
The series collects short episodes about stepping back from a highly competitive science high school: expectations, burnout, conversations with teachers and friends, and the small moments that helped me find balance. It’s drawn in a simple, diary-like style and will continue to evolve as new episodes are added.
On Naver Webtoon, Challenge is the open creator‑published area where new series begin. Readers can subscribe and leave feedback; some titles are later curated into "the Best Challenge," and a few eventually move on to official serialization.

이 시리즈는 경쟁이 치열한 과학고에서 잠시 물러나며 겪은 기대, 번아웃, 선생님과 친구들과의 대화, 균형을 되찾게 해 준 작은 순간들을 짧은 에피소드로 담습니다. 단순한 일기 같은 그림체로 그리고 있으며, 새 에피소드를 더하며 계속 이어갈 예정입니다.
네이버 웹툰에서 도전만화는 새로운 작품이 독자와 만나는 열린 창작 공간입니다. 독자는 작품을 구독하고 피드백을 남길 수 있으며, 일부 작품은 베스트도전으로 선별되고 이후 정식 연재로 이어지기도 합니다.
